Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with Rebel The Label. Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product, there may be several options available to you.

Return and Refund Requests Policy

In case our beloved customers would like to request a return or order after checking out, the customer should email us: contact@rebelthelabel.com 

Our customers should know that clicking the “check out” button, means that they agree on all our Returns and Refunds Policies.

Returns If the Purchase was Prepaid

  • Cancellation after delivery

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer cash back or Credit Card/PayPal refunds. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, the customer request to return the product, the customer will receive store credit to be redeemed within three months from the transaction date. 

Exchange Terms

In case the Customer is not happy with his order after delivery, Rebel The Label will be able to exchange the item(s) the customer have purchased with items of the same total amount.

NOTE:

  • Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
  • It should also be in the same brand box you received.
  • These policies apply for domestic and international purchases.
  • Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours from the receipt of the item(s).
